Satay Flavor – This has to be the significant and uniqueness of Tianfu as it is a self invention broth recipe. Made from over 10 types of spices, the satay soup eludes an enticing taste that blends perfectly with all meaty selection. It is also inclined to salty base rather than sweet peanut flavor in conventional satay dip.

Steamboat Selection

Tianfu US Beef – This house selected beef comes from cows that are all corn-fed. The portion is all boneless short ribs. Served over a pack of ice, the elegant sliced beef, with well spread marbling, dips well with our broth, especially the satay soup.
   
Four Treasures - The treasures are meaty homemade balls of beef, pork, cuttlefish and prawn. A household choice in most Hong Kong Steamboat eatery.
   
Geo-duck Sashimi – A common delicacies that is popular in most Hong Kong Steamboat eatery. It is a shell-based seafood that has a crunchy feel. For those who dislike raw, it is recommended to dip with our broth selection of dry scallop or fish head.
   
Home made Shrimp Dumplings – Our homemade dumpling is stuffed with fresh prawns. This will leave your mouth mesmerized by the sweetness of the prawn.
   
Fish Paste Noodle – On the first look, it resembles the gadget used in squeezing cream on bakery. Our fish paste noodle allows our Customers to have a hand in making noodle. A must try selection if you want some fun of noodle making and taste the soft crunchy feel of the fish paste noodle in your own made.

Starter

Deep Fried Fish Skin – Another Self invention of our menu in which the crispy fish skin is delicately prepared. (This is unlike Hong Kong type which is commonly factory made and can be hard at times). It comes with original flavor, Thai flavor or saltish peppery flavor. Recommended as a starter dish before indulging the soupy hotpot.
